Question 1

Does Ashvin replace my EHR or billing system?

Accepted Answer

No. Ashvin works with Brightree, Bonafide (WellSky), HDMS, Niko Health, and TIMS. Qualified orders are written into the system your team already uses.

Question 2

How is Ashvin different from other intake tools?

Accepted Answer

Most intake tools automate one piece, like reading faxes. Ashvin does the whole intake job: it handles the faxes, matches each referral to the patient, checks coverage and documents against payer rules, and writes a qualified order into your system.

Question 3

What happens when a referral is missing something?

Accepted Answer

Most referrals go through automatically. When something's missing, Ashvin's team works it first. Only if we can't resolve it does it come to your team, with exactly what's missing, why it matters, and who owns it.

Question 4

What happens to my intake team?

Accepted Answer

Instead of chasing faxes, they spend their time strengthening relationships with referral sources and patients, and handling only the exceptions that need them.

Question 5

How long does it take to go live?

Accepted Answer

If you're on a system we already integrate with, you can be processing referrals in about two weeks. Most customers are fully onboarded in three to four weeks.

Question 6

Is Ashvin HIPAA compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ashvin runs in a HIPAA-eligible AWS environment under a BAA and encrypts patient data in transit and at rest. The AI models it uses retain no data and are never trained on your data.
